About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of True North for potential and existing clients, building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will play a key role in driving growth across our fit-outs, facility management, and construction services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and client outreach.
  • Develop a solid understanding of True North’s service portfolio to effectively pitch to clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with project management and operations teams to ensure smooth handover of signed clients.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations for management.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales or business development experience (B2B preferred, construction/FM industry a plus).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and align them with True North’s services.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
