About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day facility operations for our clients. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, leadership, and problem-solving skills, ensuring that facilities are maintained at the highest standards. You will coordinate across teams, vendors, and clients to guarantee seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead facility operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance, housekeeping, pest control, and security.
  • Oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Manage service-level agreements (SLAs) with vendors and contractors.
  • Develop and monitor maintenance schedules and emergency response plans.
  • Track budgets, costs, and resources for facility management projects.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure standards are met.
  • Report regularly to management and ensure client satisfaction.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in facility management or operations (commercial projects preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contractors.
  • Strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach.
